Supplier Identification
A Google or Alibaba search may begin the process for some companies. However, by utilizing our in-country research teams, we gain access to suppliers that are otherwise invisible to U.S. or European companies. The Kyosay business network in Asia is far-reaching, allowing client companies to understand key markets for their products as well as pockets of developing and up-and-coming suppliers, sometimes in very remote geographies. Supplier Screening & Qualification
Once initial data has been collected for potential suppliers, the Kyosay team begins a high-level screening process based on client requirements as well as industry best practices and standards. This process produces a list of candidates eligible for further investigation, including an in-depth supplier survey and on-site audit. Following a determination of our recommended top suppliers, we accompany client management teams to visit selected factories and begin building relationships.

Supplier Consolidation
For some companies, the challenge is to better leverage the offshore relationships that they already have. Our advantage here is that we are both local and global. Our domestic teams in the U.S. work with company management to define and understand objectives. Then, in partnership with our offshore teams, we evaluate each factory, outline the opportunities and remain engaged to restructure the offshore supplier base.
